We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive the returned Goods. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
Conditions for refund
In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
- The Goods were purchased in the last 7 days. We process your refund within 3 days
- The goods are in the original and server or marketing strategy file not crushed. We will see live preview and match with our hosted files that we send.
The following goods cannot be returned:

If the services have been paid for and you have some problems. So make sure to match all the rules. You are using the Original Licence of this software, plugins, themes, portal, and many more things including our services. Sometimes we provide GPL as per client budget requirements, But we are extremely sorry that GPL, Nulled, Cracked, Patched services can’t be refunded. You can contact us for help, We will try. But we can’t assure you that you will get the solution. So after we try if you did not get the solution and if that is because of the previously mentioned things, You need to purchase this thing own then again you can contact us again. Pixel team also work with various custom services , We don’t offer refund on our services if your purchased once. But make sure you will get the services, If you change your mind to cancel services you can ask for us a refund we can process uporo 80% depends on services you purchase.
